FUM supports the District Hospitals in Urambo and Nzega townships. Each is run by a District Medical Officer (DMO) who is also responsible for administration of the various village clinics.

FUM used to support five clinics in the District but local government reorganisation transferred them to Kaliua District. In 2017 FUM agreed to support three new clinics in Urambo District.
