If you would like to offer financial support to FUM you can do this in several ways. Details for the various ways to donate to FUM are given below.
If you are a UK taxpayer please also help us make your gift worth 25% more at no extra cost to you by also completing and returning a Gift Aid form.
Two methods are possible to instruct your bank to create a Standing Order to FUM. Most banks allow regular payments to be made monthly, quarterly or annually.
1. Online banking If you have online banking you can set up your own Standing Order (monthly, quarterly or annually) to:
The Friends of Urambo & Mwanhala
Lloyds Bank, Sort Code: 30-96-06, Account No: 00888126
2. Manually To instruct your bank to create a Standing Order for you please complete and return a Bank Mandate (Standing Order) form.
Gift Aid If you are a UK taxpayer please also help us make your gift worth 25% more at no extra cost to you by also completing and returning a Gift Aid form.
This project has been borne out of a need to support children who don’t have the resources and uniform to attend their school setting in the Nzega District. There are several young people from disadvantaged homes where the students themselves, or their parents have disabilities and struggle to find the money to support their children.
You can make a single or regular donation to FUM via our secure Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) website. This service is provided at low cost to small charities by CAF, itself a charity. Payment to CAF can be made by card or PayPal.
Gift Aid (if you are eligible) can also be collected automatically by CAF, adding 25% to your donation at no extra cost to you.
UK taxpayers can often increase the value of their donations to charity by 25%, and at no extra cost to themselves. The tax authority HMRC refunds to FUM any tax you've already paid on the donation.
Details are in our Gift Aid Form. You will need to print the form, enter your details and return it to the FUM Treasurer.
